We are writing to provide an update regarding the network security incident we have been actively managing across the district, as well as our ongoing remediation and response efforts.
Our technology team, in close coordination with external cybersecurity experts and law enforcement, continues to make significant progress. We have successfully restored network access to a majority of our district devices and capacity across our schools. Our teams are continuing their work to safely bring remaining systems fully back online and ensure all internal environments are secure.
Please be aware that our phone service remains may have an intermittent outage during this time. As our technical team works to restore full phone line functionality, families can reach out directly via email to their student's school secretary for assistance or time-sensitive communications.
