From the Health Office – STUDENT MEDICATION PICK UP
This is an end of the school year reminder regarding all student medications. (This is only for students who take medication at school during the school day.)
Please pick up your child’s medication(s) from the health office by the end of your child’s last school day. The medications will need to be picked up and signed for by a parent or responsible adult. They will not be sent home with the student. After that date, medications will be destroyed. We will not keep any medications for your child over the summer.
